"but a breath"...

"For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation.[...] Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us.[...] Those (men) of low estate are but a breath; those (men) of high estate are a delusion..." -Psalm 62

I've sought man's approval. I've cried for it. I've worried I'd lost it. I've hoped I'd have it.

But then God said..."Man is but a breath. I am your Lord."

And then I breathe...I breathe relief and comfort and "God is a refuge for us."

Amen and Amen and Amen.

Thank you Jesus.

As your soul waits in silence, may you know...you are loved.

Seek & You WILL Find

I have been so encouraged by multiple executives in my office inquiring about my journey as a theatre artist. I am so amazed that these conversations are taking place in the most unexpected environment and they continue to inspire. It is incredibly uplifting to feel their support and eagerness to learn about the industry and passion flaming the fire.

In the midst of talk and thoughts...I am re-discovering the heart of who I am and what I do, through the continuing realization that Jesus' Divine Glory is home...peace...safety...inpsiration!

One Executive encouraged me to check out Actor Support Organizations here in the city and these emerged. I am unsure of how practically applicable these are to me personally, but I do know that I am so very thankful they exist!

My first Actor Support Group Gathering from Trinity Grace Church will meet tonight and I am coming prepared with Apple Spiced Chai Tea and Lindor Truffles for the sheer brilliance of what God has planned!

"The perfection of beauty, God shines forth" -Psalm 50:2

Choosing to see the beauty, glory, and all things inspirational...

This image was taken in Lincoln Center. It is my favored peaceful place in the city. On this particular day I journeyed to the NYC Performing Arts Library in search of new audition material...still searching:)

Seek and you WILL find...

"He WILL take great delight in you. He WILL quiet you with his love; He WILL rejoice over you with singing." -Zeph 3:17

These words were sent to me from my dear friend Beth and the timing could not have been more perfect.

My resounding lesson now echoes alongside the lyrics..."my happiness is found in less, than me, and more, of you." -Shane and Shane

It amazes me that I can often run from that which is my greatest need. I am so thankful that Jesus remains.

I have asked for energetic motivation with His guidance. I trust and feel His love.

Happy Friday:)
